The Asphalt Institute has developed this database to provide current information on the status of each State’s multiple stress creep recovery (MSCR) – AASHTO M 332/T 350 – implementation. Below is a interactive map showing the status for each state. By clicking on each state, individual documents are included (as downloadable pdf files) which summarize that State’s respective MSCR implementation status. A standardized format is used to show that State’s implementation status and contact person – notes are included for additional details.
AI will periodically contact the Binder or Materials Engineer listed on the document to review the information for accuracy. Date of this last review is included. Corrections or comments may be e-mailed to us by using the link below. Changes will only be made after confirmation by the individual listed for that State.
Instructions for viewing data:
When you hover over any state there will be a pop-up box giving the status of MSCR Implementation for that state. Clicking the state will bring up a PDF document with the details of that states implementation.
While care has been taken to provide the most accurate and current information, users are warned that there may be inaccuracies and recent revisions may not be reflected. To ensure the most accurate information, the particular State agency should be contacted. In addition, this compilation of information should not infer an Asphalt Institute endorsement for any of the specifications or requirements listed.
If you have any corrections or comments please fill out out form for corrections or comments.
The MSCR Map is currently being redesigned and will return ASAP.
