January 14th, 2010 - World of Asphalt and AGG1 sites help attendees plan ahead

Industry professionals can go online to access all the information they need to register for and participate in the upcoming AGG1 Aggregates Forum & Expo and World of Asphalt Show and Conference.

The show websites feature an interactive My Show Planner to help attendees efficiently organize their itinerary ahead of time. Visit www.worldofasphalt.com or www.agg1.org.

World of Asphalt and AGG1 will be held February 15-18, 2010 at the Duke Energy Convention Center in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

With the My Show Planner, attendees can map out the exhibitors and products they want to see, and organize daily schedules of meetings and education seminars they plan to attend. They can edit and update their personalized schedule before and during the shows.

"We know that attendees' resources may be more limited in today's economy, and they need to maximize the time they spend at the shows. This online tool helps them schedule the education and exhibitor meetings they need to stay current in the marketplace," noted Show Director Melissa Magestro.

Attendees can also go online to register in advance, which saves 40 percent off the onsite exhibit fee, and additional savings on education sessions.

Attendees can book hotel rooms online, make travel arrangements, and check the many amenities and attractions of the host city of Cincinnati. Cincinnati is centrally located, with more than 60 percent of the U.S. population within 500 miles of the city.

AGG1 and World of Asphalt will feature exhibits of the latest technologies and products from leading equipment manufacturers and industry service providers, plus extensive industry-focused education and plenty of networking opportunities for aggregates, asphalt, pavement maintenance and traffic safety.
