SW-1 Asphalt Thickness Design Software SKCL.dll Fix for Windows Vista.

If you are installing SW-1 v. 1.0.4 and receive the following error: "SKCL.dll or one of its dependencies did not correctly register." there is an issue related to the administrator accounts in VISTA.

Take the following steps to resolve this error.

1. Enable the Built-In Administrator Account by following the direction in the link below.

2. Log in using this enabled administrator account

3. Register the skcl.dll manually by using "regsvr32" command. Click START-RUN and type the following in the box then click OK

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\skcl.dll.

4. Uninstall and then reinstall SW-1.
