The EPIC (Experiential Participatory Image-Driven Connective) Leadership Development Program is designed to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the asphalt industry while fostering meaningful connections among participants from diverse backgrounds. Graduates of the program are well-prepared for leadership roles and committee service, helping to build a strong foundation to make meaningful contributions to both their organizations and the asphalt profession as a whole.
