Seth Hankowski is CEO of All States Materials Group, a New England–based building materials and construction company specializing in aggregates, hot-mix asphalt, concrete, and liquid asphalt. Based in western Massachusetts, All States Materials Group plays a vital role in supporting regional infrastructure while providing jobs and essential construction materials across the Northeast.
Raised in his family’s business, Hankowski gained early exposure to construction and materials operations, though his professional path initially took him outside the industry. After earning his degree from Georgetown University and working in management consulting, he returned to the construction materials sector, gaining experience with several industry member companies before pursuing graduate business studies. Nearly 16 years later, he continues to help lead All States Materials Group, overseeing operations across multiple locations and maintaining close relationships with customers and suppliers.
Hankowski has been deeply engaged in industry leadership through the Asphalt Institute. He began his involvement through the EPIC program. Over time, he served in volunteer leadership roles, including committee leadership. A strong advocate for engagement—particularly among small- and mid-sized producers—Hankowski encourages members to actively volunteer in committees and leverage the collective strength of the asphalt industry.
