Crystal O’Brien is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT). Prior to joining the Asphalt Institute team in 2009, Crystal earned a B.S. in Business Management with a specialized focus in Human Resource Management. In 2010, Crystal attained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification. She has spent most of her career in the asphalt industry and in her current role, handles all aspects of the HR and IT functions.
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Crystal is deeply passionate about University of Kentucky athletics. She dedicates her free time to family and friends; specifically coaching youth soccer and watching her nieces and nephews participate in their sporting events.
