Jacelyn is from Jessamine County, Kentucky. She graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Jacelyn works as a laboratory technician in both the Asphalt Binder Lab and the Emulsion Lab at Asphalt Institute’s HQ. She is the newest member of the Asphalt Institute’s laboratory team, having joined in the summer of 2025.
Jacelyn is also a writer and an artist and spends her free time exploring Kentucky’s outdoor spaces. She and her husband recently moved back to Lexington with their dog and cat.
