Specification Database
Asphalt Institute maintains comprehensive specification databases for asphalt binders and emulsions across the U.S. states and the Canadian provinces. Individual documents can be downloaded for each State or Provincial agency that summarizes their respective asphalt binder or emulsion specifications. A standardized format lists the grades used by that agency and test requirements for each grade, along with additional notes and details.
