Before joining the Asphalt Institute, Erin graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Chemistry in April Of 2024, joining the Asphalt Binder Lab in May of 2024 as a technician. Originally from the Jackson Purchase region of Kentucky, she moved to Louisville to pursue her degree, and has now made Lexington her home, working in the AI Headquarters. She is an NBTC certified binder technician as of April 2025 and is the Binder Lab’s seniormost technician.
