Jason has worked in the Asphalt Institute Laboratory since 2008 and has experience in binder, emulsion, mixtures, and performance testing. He currently serves as the quality manager of the lab and oversees the R18LabQMS program—a subscription-based quality management application developed by the Asphalt Institute. Jason is a Lexington native and married with three children. He plays basketball and has a love/hate relationship with coaching his kids’ sports teams.
