Jennifer Hopewell joined the Asphalt Institute in 2023 as the Member Relations Specialist, bringing energy, organization, and a genuine passion for connecting people. In her role, Jennifer serves as a key resource for member companies, oversees the EPIC Leadership Program, and ensures that every new member feels welcomed and prepared to thrive within the Institute.
Jennifer’s connection to the Asphalt Institute runs deep. She previously worked for the organization from 2011 to 2014 before gaining experience in several event-planning roles and the real estate industry. Ultimately, it was the people and the strong sense of community that inspired her to return—proof that the Institute truly feels like home.
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications. Her background, combined with her Bluegrass roots, shines through in her friendly approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional member service.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves creating special memories and sharing adventures with her daughter. She’s also passionate about sports, music, and loves spending time outdoors.
