EPIC Leadership Development Program
This program is designed to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the asphalt industry, fostering connections among participants from diverse backgrounds. Graduates of EPIC will be well-prepared for leadership roles and committee service, helping to establish a sustainable base of future leaders for the Asphalt Institute and the broader industry.
The EPIC program is designed to create learning opportunities where participants experience events with others, actively participate in dialogue, visually see examples, and connect with peers as a cohort learning. Similar to the executive MBA model, the EPIC program is a perfect next step for future asphalt industry leaders to seriously consider. This ten-month program seeks to develop a broad understanding of our diverse industry while offering the unparalleled opportunity to interact with other students from a wide variety of backgrounds. EPIC graduates will be well prepared for committee service and leadership and they are encouraged to volunteer for these positions.
