Guide for Payment & Coupon Redemption

Step 1

Go to https://asphaltinstitute.docebosaas.com/ and click on the SIGN IN button located on the top right corner of the page.

Step 2

Click SAML SSO, which will bring you back to the Asphalt Institute website login page.

Step 3

You can either sign in with your existing Asphalt Institute website credentials, or create a new account.

Step 4

Once signed in, or your new account is created, you will be taken back to the learning platform automatically and asked to accept our default privacy policy terms. If the default privacy policy is accepted the Course Catalog will display training available for you to purchase.

Step 5

To purchase a learning plan or course, select it and follow the process to payment. Click “ADD TO CART” and when the course has been successfully added to your cart, either continue shopping for more courses, or click “VIEW CART” to proceed with checking out.

Step 6

  1. If you have a coupon code (i.e., from completing a survey from a previous course) enter it here to apply the discount.
  2. Click “CHECKOUT” to continue.

Step 7

  1. All payments are made through PayPal. After confirming your order on this screen, you can pay with a credit card by selecting “Checkout as Guest”, you can create a new PayPal account, or you can log in with an existing PayPal account.
  2. Fill in your Billing Information.
  3. Check the box to agree with the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  4. Click “CONFIRM ORDER” to continue. (Credit card details will be entered in a few screens when confirming Billing Information.)

Step 8

  1. If you have a PayPal account, sign in with your appropriate details and click “Next”.
  2. If you do not have a PayPal account, click “Checkout as Guest”. You will be requested to enter your email address and credit card information for payment.

Step 9

  1. To check out as a guest, enter your email address and click “Continue to Payment”.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information for payment.
  3. Click “Continue” to complete the payment process.

Step 10

Once the payment is successfully processed, the course will indicate that you are ENROLLED. Thank you for trusting the Asphalt Institute with your training needs, we look forward to being part of your learning journey.
