Our annual meeting takes us to the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, in Orlando, Florida from December 9 – 12, 2024.

Asphalt Institute Foundation Golf Scramble

The annual golf scramble benefits the AI Foundation and will be held on Wednesday, December 11.

  • Putting Green Contest: 11:00 AM Eastern Time
  • Event Location: Celebration Golf Club; 701 Golf Park Drive; Celebration, FL
  • Shotgun Start: 11:30 AM Eastern Time
  • Cost: $325 per person (Registration includes green fee, cart fee, practice facility, range balls and a box lunch for each participant.)
  • Club Rental: $45 + tax (Reserve rental clubs here)

Optional Tour: Boating and Brews

Event Description: Start your afternoon with a delightful scenic boat tour through the beautiful lakes and canals of Winter Park, Florida. This guided hour long tour offers stunning views of the historic waterfront estates, lush landscapes, and towering cypress trees that line the interconnected lakes. As you glide through the narrow canals, you’ll also catch glimpses of wildlife and enjoy the peaceful, natural beauty of Central Florida. After the tour, take a short walk to one of our beloved and popular local restaurants located just a few blocks away on famous Park Avenue. Renowned for its warm atmosphere and delicious cuisine, attendees will experience a variety of lunch options, from fresh citrus salads and gourmet sandwiches to hearty local entrees combined with a local tasting of Florida craft beer. Enjoy your this experience on a vibrant patio, where you can soak up the charming vibe of Winter Park’s bustling downtown. This perfect combination of relaxation and fine dining makes for a memorable day in Winter Park.

  • Guest cancellations received after November 22 will not be issued a refund.
  • AIF golf scramble registration will close on November 15. No registration or golf club rental refunds will be issued after this date.
